Rhythm & Pals

I HEART THE MONSTER HERO release their debut album ‘Rhythm & Pals’ on Crocfingers on 30th June. They have been breaking hearts and Casio keyboards in Dublin since 2011, garnering support for their 'fuzzed-up swirl of pop-laminated psych punk.' They are a psychedelic synth pop-rock delight with buckets of steam . Yes steam! IHTMH are practitioners in aural alchemy, creating magic from crystals, rams blood, holy candle wax and Casio circuit-boards. The album is preceded by the first single to be lifted from the record, the up-beat ‘Toni Bailey’, on 16th June - a tale of ill-fitting faces and an ill-fitting drummer.
Anchored around the vocal talents of Andy Walsh, IHTMH reference ELO and Cars but hand-break the psych-wagon into the space between Suicide and Bongwater
I Heart The Monster Hero will psych your face off this summer!

Bright pop, course guitar and layered vocals - we like!

extreme korg tendencies and such behaviour leaves us with no option but to roll out the failte doormat
